The Best Ultimate Sandbag Workout The Bear Complex

Most people don’t know this, I was VERY close to going into teaching. The idea of making an impact upon young people like others had done for me was a strong motivation. Plus, I always wanted to fulfill what my Mom could not. She was to go back into teaching when she fell ill with cancer and ended up passing. Her passion to inspire young people was something that I wanted to carry on.
That’s why I love so much now what we do with our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs. My goal isn’t to just give you something difficult, but to help you think about how to create more successful fitness for yourself. That is why I love this Einstein quote so much!
The reason we spend so much time trying to educate people on how the body works and not just give you random exercises is because knowledge really is power. Let’s face it, there is no shortage of exercises out there, the hard part is knowing which are worth spending time on and are worth your effort.
Let’s look at something more specific. In order to really drive the point home let’s look at an intense and popular exercise, the Bear Complex. I first heard of the Bear Complex from Strength Coach, John Davies. It involves five exercises to be all done in one exercise. The five movements are:

- Clean
- Front Squat
- Overhead Press
- Back Squat
- Overhead Press
